Premium features may require a subscription. Prices and available plans are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure providers. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Refunds are handled according to local consumer laws and our refund policy shown at purchase.
You retain rights to content you post. By posting, you grant SeniorMatch a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content for service operation. SeniorMatch names, logos, and site materials are our intellectual property and may not be copied without permission.
We may review, remove, or restrict content/accounts that violate these Terms or community standards. We may suspend or terminate accounts for safety reasons, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.
SeniorMatch provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee particular matches, outcomes, or uninterrupted services. Use your judgment when interacting with other members.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeniorMatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify SeniorMatch from claims arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for safety/legal reasons. Upon termination, certain sections (e.g., IP, liability, dispute resolution) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence where SeniorMatch provides services. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations, and if unresolved, through courts with jurisdiction in that region, unless local law requires otherwise.
